Aside from lively parties, Amante Beach Club  also offers the quintessential signature Ibiza lifestyle of ultimate beachfront relaxation relaxing that many travelers crave.

Another major appeal is the mouthwatering Ibizan/Spanish cuisine. Amante will open its doors for the season by celebrating Easter with a traditional Catalan dish of Arroz Negro con Espardenas (sea cucumber). The traditional Catalan rice dish is infused with squid ink, chopped fresh squid and “espardeñas” or sea cucumbers – a delicacy related to the sea urchin and starfish.

The espardeñas are harvested by hand on the shores of the Balearic Islands and the east coast of Spain and are considered by some to have aphrodisiac qualities. – Alexandra Sixt
